♡ Terms of Service ♡
GENERAL INFO
Commissions are digital art only, meaning no physical goods are being purchased. A .png file of the finished artwork will be emailed to the client upon completion.
Turn around time is approximately 2-4 weeks. Any delays expected with this timeline will be promptly communicated to the client.
Clear reference images of all requested subject matter is required (i.e., character designs). Other reference material may be provided by the client, but is not necessary (i.e., specific poses, backgrounds, etc).
A sketch will be sent to the client for approval before lining and colouring begins. It is preferable for revisions to be made at the sketch stage.
The artist reserves the right to reject commission requests for any reason.
PRICES / PAYMENTS / REFUNDS
Prices are listed in CAD.
Final price of the artwork may vary depending on complexity or subject matter.
Full payment is required upfront via PayPal invoice sent to the client from the artist. Work on commission will not begin until payment is received.
In the event of cancellation, the client may be eligible for a refund. Refunds are not guaranteed and are given at the discretion of the artist. See guidelines below:

SUBJECT MATTER / NSFW POLICY
All commission ideas are welcome to be discussed with the artist. There is no definite "won't draw" list, however the artist may reject a commission if they feel they are unable to create quality artwork for the client for any reason.
NSFW commissions (ie., sexually explicit or graphic imagery) are only available to clients who are 18+ years of age. Proof of age (i.e., a photograph of client identification) must be provided.
Any proof of identification provided will be deleted as soon as client age has been verified. A note will be added to the PayPal invoice indicating age verification has occurred.
The artist is not liable if the client falsifies their identification or otherwise misrepresents their age in order to commission NSFW artwork.
USE OF ARTWORK
Commissions are for personal use only. Commercial use of artwork (i.e., merchandise, advertising, etc.) is not permitted unless otherwise agreed upon by both the artist and client. Extra fees may apply.
Editing artwork (i.e., colouring lineart, removing signature, etc) is not permitted.
Use or input of artwork for Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) or Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) is not permitted.
Commissions may be posted to the artists social media/portfolio unless otherwise requested by the client.
Reposting or sharing artwork is permitted if proper credit is given to the artist.
